Yes you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime.
What are the requirements of your site?
Our site requires a modern web browser such as Firefox 1+, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 7+ or Safari 2+. We do not support Internet Explorer 6. You will also need to have JavaScript enabled.
Do you offer a 30 day free trial on your paid plans?
It depends on our current promotions, but usually all of our paid plans do have a 30 day free trial period. If you cancel or downgrade before the 30 days, you will not be billed.
Do you backup your data?
Yes, your data, including the files you upload are backed up twice daily.
Is my data safe?
We use 128-bit SSL encryption on all payment and signup pages to help insure that your data stays safe and your credit card information is stored on PCI Compliant servers.
Our servers feature redundant UPS systems, generator backup, VESDA detection systems, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 5 separate providers. We also have monitoring systems in place which detect potential problems on servers before they can cause crashes.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at anytime by signing into your domain. Click on the Account, then Settings links and following the instructions under "Delete Account".
